GIFTS | CHRISTMAS GIFTS FOR AIRSOFTERS!

Hey everyone!

Welcome back to the blog! Following on from the Stocking Fillers for Airsofters post I published last week, this week I'm looking at Christmas gifts for the airsofters in your life! Whether you have no idea about airsoft but your lady, fella, relative or teammate is into it and you need some guidance or if you're an airsofter yourself and you just need some ideas for a gift they'd love, there's something on this list for every budget!

Gunfire Girls 2020 Calendar - €7.32 + del

This year I partnered with Gunfire.com for their 2020 Calendar. Women that actually play airsoft, cool kit and sweet guns, what more could you need?

You can never have enough weapon sights and the Vortex Crossfire RDS is a great choice for the player in your life that loves a bit of CQB carnage! It's fully Multi-Coated, including multiple anti-reflective coatings on all air-to-glass surfaces to increase light transmission, has 11 light settings for all environments  and is Dot Size 2 MOA.

I am a huge fan of the OneTigris Plate Carriers, and the PLPC is great value for money! It's made from 500D Cordura Nylon with hardy UTX buckles making it both wearable and durable for airsoft. It comes with removable EVA plates and even a front magazine pouch that has room for 3 pistol mags in the upper pouch and 3 M4 mags in the lower pouch. Fully MOLLE compatable and it has an adjustable waistband & adjustable shoulder straps - check sizing before ordering as this is perfect for taller/wide set gents!

Do you know an aspiring airsoft YouTuber? Why not get them started with their first zoomcam? The RunCam 2 with 35mm lens is perfect for capturing zoomed in gameplay! It records in HD 1080p@60fps/720p@120fps. It also has a replaceable Battery: 850mAh replaceable battery that allows you to record 90 minutes under 720p@120fps and 60 minutes under 1080p@60fps. To top it off, there is an iOS and Android App that allows you to connect the camera via a mobile device for live preview, playback, download and parameters settings. I actually purchased one of these myself whilst writing this post to replace my 16mm RunCam2.

This is a product I've been using since their release and have multiple of to store all the airsoft guns in my office in and to keep them safe. They're tough, sturdy, lightweight, come with eggshell foam, have wheels so are really transportable and they're lockable as well! Check out my full review here!

PTS 150 Rounds EPM - £27.50

The EPMs have been my go-to magazines for the last 18 months or so and I fully believe they're the best mid-cap magazines on the market, you can read my full review here!

The Pentagon Artaxes Softshell in Wolf Grey is another product that I've been using for a good few years, I usually crack this badboy out in the winter when the temps drop and I need something to shield me from the windchill and keep the rain out. The Artaxes Softshell has a high collar with chin guard and a foldable, adjustable hood, two-way full front zipper, 8 pockets throughout the jacket, armpit ventilation zippers with insect repellent mesh, reinforced elbows. adjustable cuffs and bottom hem. It's also made from water resistant material. You can read my full review here!

Viper Tactical came in hot this year with new kit that has been KILLING IT and their Gen 2 Elite Trousers are no different. They fit well, are comfortable even in uncomfortable positions thanks to the stretch fabric, have ample storage, made of good quality material and have that high-end look at a fraction of the cost - they’re definitely Femme Fatale Approved. Xcortech AIRSOFT PISTOL TRACER UNIT - £61.20

The Xcortech tracer unit is perfect for the softer in your life that loves to play dark and sneaky CQB. Using tracer units in CQB definitely enhances the experience in my opinion as the glow in the dark BBs look cool AF and you can more accurately identify when you've hit someone. With the adapter it can be used on both a pistol or rifle.

The WX Detection glasses are a great option for both airsofters and firearms enthusiasts. They come with a multitude of different lenses that are suitable for different environments such as tinted for bright sunshine and amber for low light. With an adjustable nose piece they are suitable for most faces.

This is one of the very first items I reviewed all the way back in March 2015 and it has been a staple in my kit ever since. You can read my full review here!
